Marshfield Community Theatre Opens Registration for Holly Jolly Holiday Pageant
Holiday-themed event invites participants of all ages to take the stage and spread Christmas cheer
MARSHFIELD, MO (November 2025) — Marshfield Community Theatre (MCT) is celebrating the season in true holiday style with the return of its Holly Jolly Holiday Pageant, part of the theatre’s annual Holly Jolly Holiday Weekend. Registration is now open for participants of all ages to showcase their talents, stage presence, and festive spirit at The Jubilee Theater this December.
The event includes two separate pageants — one for youth and teens and one for children — providing opportunities for everyone from toddlers to high school seniors to shine on stage.
Junior Miss & Miss Merry Christmas Pageant
Saturday, December 6 at 10:00 a.m.
The Jubilee Theater Mainstage
This event features two divisions:
Junior Miss Merry Christmas (Grades 6–8)
Miss Merry Christmas (Grades 9–12)
Participants will present a 1–2 minute talent and answer an interview question, with judging based on talent, stage presence, and pageant attire.
Winners in each division will be crowned, with 1st Runner-Up and 2nd Runner-Up also recognized. Additional special awards will be presented for Talent, Holiday-Inspired Formal Wear, and Congeniality. Contestants may also submit a headshot to enter an optional Photogenic category.
Winners will receive a special invitation to ride on the MCT float in the Marshfield Christmas Parade that evening at 5:00 p.m.
Youth Holiday Pageant
Sunday, December 14
Following the 3:00 p.m. performance of “A Charlie Brown Christmas”

Younger participants will enjoy a festive afternoon of fun in age-appropriate divisions:
Mini Marshmallow (Ages Birth–2)
Miss or Mr. Candy Cane (Pre-K–K)
Miss or Mr. Snowflake (Grades 1–3) — Optional 1–2 minute talent
Miss or Mr. Holly Jolly (Grades 4–5) — 1–2 minute talent required
Each division will crown a winner, with additional special awards for Personality, Holiday-Inspired Outfit, and Photogenic. Headshot submissions for the photogenic category are optional.
